RecFi, formally known as Boat Finance LLC, was founded in 2015 by Don and Bill Schrama, who recognized a void in the marine lending market for near-prime and sub-prime borrowers. After five years of success in this industry, Boat Finance identified this same void in the RV industry and started the Camper Capital division.
Once Camper Capital was cemented in the RV industry, the company rebranded to RecFi LLC, to cover the full scope of deals financed.
